Crosby's Story
Meet Crosby – A Resilient, Playful Pup Ready for His Forever Home!
Crosby is an adorable mixed-breed tripod puppy, dog breed indicators lead us to believing Crosby is a mix of potcake dog and swedish-danish farmdog--- nearly a year old and weighing in at 17 lbs. He’s neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and on regular flea prevention.

Don’t let the three legs fool you—Crosby zips up carpeted stairs faster than many four-legged dogs! He's a playful little guy who loves to fetch, go for walks, and most of all, snuggle up next to his human. At night, he’s happiest curled up by your side.

Crosby is still very much a puppy at heart—he’s teething, potty trained for up to 5 hours, and knows a few basic commands like “sit.” He’ll thrive with continued training and positive reinforcement.

While Crosby has a spirited and loving personality, he can be timid and uncertain, especially around new experiences and unfamiliar men. He has shown he can warm up—he eventually bonded well with my adult son. A patient, understanding owner will be essential in helping him continue to build confidence.

He currently lives with a dog about 5 lbs. larger and would likely enjoy a friendly, energetic canine companion. That said, he’ll do just fine as an only pup if someone is home for part of the day to give him the attention and companionship he craves.

Croby is ready to bring love, laughs, and snuggles into the right home. Could that be yours?
