Found as a stray, her early story is a mystery - but her personality is loud and clear. <br/>Since her background is unknown, we're not sure how Cricket does with other dogs, cats, or children. A meet and greet is recommended to make sure she is the right fit for your family.<br/>Cricket loves to hop into playtime, especially when squeaky toys are involved, and her love for treats is nothing short of legendary. She's a professional attention seeker and will "Chirp" the songs of her people until she's the center of your world. When other dogs bark, she may get a little extra excited but the shelter life is noisy and stressful, and all that background sound can make any pup feel jumpy.<br/><br/>Where comes a puppy also comes with great responsibilities. Cricket is young and full of energy and ready to bug her future family with love, fun and plenty of learning opportunities. She is need of more training which includes getting housebroken. Humane Society of the High Plains's Adoption Policy
Adoption Fees Spayed/Neutered Dogs $90 Spayed/Neutered Cats $80 Intact Dogs $90 + $50 refundable spay/neuter deposit. Intact Cats $80 + $50 refundable spay/neuter deposit. A $50 refundable spay/neuter deposit is required for all unaltered animals. Kansas State Law KSA: 47-1701, requires all animals adopted from an animal shelter be spayed or neutered. Lonely Hearts Club Adoption Fees are half-priced for any animal that has been residing at the shelter for at least 30 days. Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age to adopt. Landlord approval is required. All unaltered animals must be spayed or neutered before a predetermined date. We DO NOT adopt animals as gifts. Ask about our gift certificates. All adoptions must be processed in person at the shelter.
