Creme Brulee's Story
Creme Brulee is a young, sweet, and pup with a heart as soft as her name suggests. Though, she does not care what you call her because she cannot hear you most of the time with her being mostly deaf. This girl is dog, cat, and kid friendly. She brings a happy, bubbly energy everywhere she goes, and she is ready to go wherever you're ready to take her!

HISTORY
Creme Brulee was found alone in an area commonly known for dumping unwanted pets in Grandview, WA. She came to HART at about 4 months old. She has been in our care since February 2026.

Creme Brulee is fostered in Tri-Cities, in Eastern Washington. We share information about our dogs in postings based in other cities to improve their chances of finding a great forever home. She is well worth a road trip, and we encourage you to come and meet her before you decide she should join your family!

SOCIALIZATION, TEMPERAMENT AND TRAINING
Creme Brulee is a gentle natured older puppy who just wants to please her people. CB has CH (cerebellar hypoplasia) and is mostly hearing impaired, which gives her a unique and endearing way of moving through the world. She has a noticeable head tilt/wobble and often walks or trots in gentle circles-but she's adapted beautifully and doesn't let it dim her joy or curiosity.

CB is currently learning house manners and doing well overall. She is still figuring out leash walking, but does pretty well since she does not enjoy the slightest leash pressure. She does great in the car and is crate trained and mostly potty trained, very reliably with dog door access to outside. She would love a playful canine companion who can match or patiently handle her enthusiastic puppy energy and help guide her as she continues to learn.

Creme Brulee is still just a young girl and is eager to learn how to be a wonderful family dog. She would benefit greatly from a training class where she can learn basic skills while building confidence and strengthening the bond with her new family.

HEALTH STATUS

General info
Creme Brulee is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, and sterilized. At full grown, she will likely weigh around 45-50 lbs.

CB has been evaluated by a vet in order to diagnose her cerebellar hypoplasia and her hearing impairment. While she is not believed to be fully deaf, she is pretty significantly impaired.

ADOPTION
The adoption fee for Creme Brulee is $425. Our process starts with an online application and may take a few days to a week to complete. We appreciate your patience while we do our part.

To apply to adopt Creme Brulee, please complete our online adoption application at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HAWA-A-97 or email HearthfireART@gmail.com
to request an adoption application form.

HART dogs live in foster homes, not in a kennel facility.
