Chaotic situations in new environments.

Cream is an 18 month old happy guy, looking for a loving home. He has come a long way since being found abandoned and scared on the side of a highway. Cream used to be very nervous of the world and people. In the last year he has learned the skills and tools to handle new situations while following the lead of his person. He now enjoys trips to tractor supply or pup cups from the coffee shop.
Cream has been staying with our trainers while awaiting his turn at a home. He loves other dogs and has been in daily play groups, taken adventures to stores and is continuing to build on his experience in the world.
Cream is dog friendly & has lots of experience with a variety of breeds, sizes and ages. He would love another dog in the home but it is not a requirement for his happiness. It will be a requirement for any dogs in the home to meet Cream first and see how they initially get along.
Cream will do best in a home looking for a family member and activity partner. He came into rescue nervous of the world & he has worked hard on his confidence through training & life experience. He will thrive in a home that will continue to practice his training which helps him through times when he might get nervous. Cream is really good with the children he has met and been around. We think a home with Children 10+, would be best.
-Cream is not a dog who enjoys being held and hugged. He does love to lay on/at your feet, cuddled up against you on the couch and is affectionate in many ways.

A message from Cream's trainer:
“Dogs like Cream put the spark back into dog training for me. He started as a nervous nelly playing hard to get and once he learned he wasn't alone with his weirdness he became the best dog and his confidence grew so much. So, enjoy day one of me teaching Mister Cream a fancy prancy heel because why not? The fancy feet isn't just for Malinois, he can do it too! This goofy guy is going to make someone very happy.”
-Madison with CoDa Canine Obedience, LLC
