Cranberry's Story

Meet Cranberry!

40 lbs
3 years
Spayed female

Don’t let her soulful, puppy dog eyes fool you, Cranberry has a lot of joy in her heart! This beautiful girl was found as part of a neglect case, left in a crate outside with a collar embedded in her neck. Despite her sad start, she has proven to be resilient and loving.

Cranberry loves her foster people and
? of her foster siblings - she’s not a fan of the littlest dog, so big dog siblings only!

As Cranberry spent most of her life stuck in a crate, she has only recently begun potty training in the last 3 weeks. She has proven to be INCREDIBLY smart. She is food motivated which makes
her easily trainable. She keeps her crate clean and is mostly potty trained, except when her humans miss her standing by the door.

She is not a huge fan of walks, but will go, begrudgingly. Cranberry is also incredibly strong and could use some leash work! She has a lot of energy and has learned to play with other dogs in her foster home, so another doggy friend would be amazing in her new home!

Cranberry can be anxious and would do well with a lot of patience. She is still learning manners, especially with eating, but she’s improving daily.

Cranberry has a scar on her neck
from previous abuse, but it is healing well. This stunning girl is a sweetheart and the epitome of resilience and pure love.

Interested in adopting?
