Simply put—this boy just wants to be loved and give love in return. His confidence is growing every day and we think he’d thrive in a home with another dog to show him the ropes, not to mention he genuinely enjoys spending time with his foster sis and bro.<br/><br/>Next Thursday, Cowboy will be neutered and officially cleared for adoption.
