He is up to date on his vet care including a recent dental. She was abandoned in a river in Norwalk, CT (hence his name) but presented with a happy, sunny disposition nonetheless. He will make a wonderful companion dog. He loves his walks and car time. He has no stranger issues and gets along well with other dogs. New photos coming shortly following his grooming.
