**COURTESY LISTING** Nuke's Story
**COURTESY LISTING** Nuke is not at HSoP, please text Summer at 208-861-6379 to inquire about adoption.

Our family had Nuke since age 1.5years(August 2021), so he’s around 5.5yrs old now to our knowledge. Since a puppy, all he’s known is large acreages in the Palouse countryside.

Our family needed to move into town, and although we tried it for a couple weeks, I knew he would not like being in a neighborhood yard, when all he’s ever known is meandering on acres of space.

We want him to go to someone who lives on land, and would enjoy a very calm personalitied dog. Nuke does not bark at people, he only has barked at wildlife on our property, and even made it his “job” to bark boldly and chase away any encroaching Coyote’s. In that way, he was a good watchdog. He’s an outdoor dog, but would sleep inside during coldest winter nights.

He is established at The Animal Clinic off Troy Rd in Moscow, and is currently updated on all his regular immunizations as of May 2025.
