***COURTESTY LISTING*** Booty and Bean's Story

I am looking to rehome my two dogs Booty and Bean together, they are a bonded pair.
I am very sad to be at this point, but I got both of these dogs before having children and now after having 3 young kids, I find myself struggling to give them the attention they need and deserve.
Booty is an 8 year old male chocolate beagle. He is microchipped, neutered, potty trained, crate trained, and generally well behaved. However, as with most beagles, he does have a loud bark and a love for chasing squirrels, rabbits, and anything he smells. He loves playing fetch and having lots of room to run, so a home with a fenced yard would be ideal. He also loves sleeping and cuddling as much as he loves outdoor time, so he’s not super high maintenance, he’ll happily sleep all day if that’s all that’s going on. He is not aggressive towards other animals but has been attacked a few times in the past and is scared of dog parks or other areas where lots of other dogs are. He mainly loves and trusts his best friend Bean.
Bean is a 7 year old female Pug/chihuahua mix, that is pretty similar to Booty in mannerisms and preferences, but all around a little more chill and lazy. She is also spayed, potty trained and crate trained. She loves being indoors a little more than Booty but still loves having a yard to run around and chase him in. She does bark outside at various things but tends to be quiet inside. She’s more weary of other animals than Booty, but has never been attacked or fought with other dogs. She’s just got little dog syndrome and loves to bark at them.
We have 6 chickens and both the dogs are great around the chickens. They are also good around children (we have 3 under 6 years old) but would do best in a house with older children or only adults. Our neighbors all have cats and there’s never been any problems, however they would do best in a house with no cats.
I am not interested in any money, I just really want to get them to someone who will love them and treat them well.

My name is Natalie and I would prefer to be contacted via text at 805-423-1065. My email is also open for communication (nataliedebruno@gmail.com) but text is preferred.
