Curious and attentive, Cotter likes to watch his people closely for commands and is eager to learn. He doesn’t mind being held and enjoys calm, close moments just as much as playtime. Cotter is making great progress with “sit” and potty training, showing off both his brains and his sweet personality. Cotter is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and given age appropriate vaccines.
