Little Cosmo breaks our hearts. <br/><br/>He's such a sweet little old guy, a little bewildered by the world, but so deserving of someone who will give him the love and patience he needs. We're hoping to find him a foster as quickly as possible.<br/><br/>Cosmo is a Spaniel mystery mix with the gentlest soul. He has arthritis in his hips and desperately needs a dental, but none of that stops him from wanting to be close to his people. His favorite place is simply hanging out at your feet, keeping you company.<br/><br/>He absolutely loves visitors and is happiest when he has people around. He can be a little timid around other dogs, so he'd likely do best with a calm canine companion—or perhaps as your one-and-only little guy.<br/><br/>Cosmo may be an old boy, but he has so much love left to give.
