He’s potty trained, crate trained, and a total sweetheart on the leash—making walks easy and enjoyable. He even completed a board and train program, AND if you adopt him his trainer is offering free training support for life! Cosmo has a calm, homebody nature and loves nothing more than hanging out with his people (and dog friends!) and soaking up all the love. <br/><br/>Cosmo’s favorite things include toys (he lives for fetch and tug-of-war), snuggling up next to you like a big lap dog, and greeting the day with his signature happy squeals. He’s not a high-maintenance pup—he’ll happily stay in his crate overnight until you're ready to start the morning, and he doesn’t mind entertaining himself while you’re busy. He’s also not picky when it comes to food, this boy will eat anything you give him with gratitude and gusto.<br/><br/>One of Cosmo’s cutest quirks is that he’s incredibly observant. If something looks a little out of place like a new item on the table he might let out a little bark just to make sure you're aware. He’s a careful, curious boy who likes to keep an eye on his surroundings. He's a great communicator, and you’ll quickly learn that he's just looking for a little reassurance.<br/><br/>Cosmo is still building confidence in new situations, so he would thrive best in a home with another playful, confident dog to show him the ropes. He absolutely loves his foster sibling and lights up during playtime. He’s easygoing, affectionate, silly, and smart and while he’s not a fan of bath time, he’ll tolerate it like a champ if it means getting back to cuddles and toys afterward.<br/><br/>Cosmo was rescued as a tiny 6-8 week old puppy with his siblings after being found abandoned in the desert without a mother or owner to care for them. He has been through so much and is SO ready for his forever family to find him! He has been waiting over a YEAR!!
