Meet Cosmo!<br/><br/>Cosmo is a very happy, friendly and energetic 1-year-old, 35-lb. boy who was found injured and skinny on the streets of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico last year. He's been in good foster care ever since, but he's at risk of being put back out on the street as his foster mom is taking care of many dogs and can't afford to care for them all, much as she would love to.<br/><br/>Costmo good with cats and all dogs. He's housetrained, playful, smart, and a really fast learner! He's perfectly healthy and has all his doggie shots.<br/><br/>A good Samaritan has offered to fly Cosmo here to Colorado on February 14, and can arrange all the necessary paperwork to get him here.
