Hello, my name is Corky. I think I was named after my tail! My tail curls up like a corkscrew. I am a tail-wagging 1-year-old female Jack Russell mix. I am white with black markings,

I weigh about 14 pounds. I was surrendered by a hoarder in Louisiana and took a cheerful rush to Canada. I guess I was not exposed to a lot of people. As such, I tend to be on the timid side at the beginning, however, once comfortable I am SUPER playful. I like small dogs, but big ones intimidate me. I'll need time to learn to like them.

I love to investigate, cuddle, play with toys, and really enjoy a good back scratch, so don’t even think about stopping. I am gentle natured and good with other dogs, house trained, and walk well on a leash. I can be crated and car rides are no problem.

My foster mom says I haven't been tested with kids or cats, but would likely be fine with both.

I can’t wait to find a forever home and hope to meet you, my angels, soon.
