Coral's Story

Coral is a picky, clingy, demanding, stalker, probably with some abandonment issues, who doesn't like long walks on the beach, and just wants to be cuddled up next to you... forever... or else... But who's perfect? We all have our baggage and know you secretly relate.

This two year old Terrier mix was surrendered by her owner, so she might just has some abandonment issues, but that's nothing her therapist can't work through. She's clingy to her person and stalks you when you leave like looking out the window (better not catch you saying hi to that bitch next door). She can also be demanding, like barking when she wants her person to go to bed.

She's picky in that she likes to play with littles and will only tolerate bigger, but won't interact much.

Likes: sunbathing

Dislikes: this low energy girl doesn't need to go on too long of walks

Huge plus... potty trained! Hallelujah!

Given that last positive, won't you make Coral your Valentine? Furever?

Coral is currently living in a foster home in San Antonio, Texas, watching soaps and rom-coms, wondering if she'll ever find love again, but holding out a little faith that an adopter or open foster home in Colorado will ask to bring bring up and into their home.

***Coral is being posted on behalf of our partner rescue in Texas- the process and adoption will go through them. The adoption fee does not include the transport fee (usually $125-200/dog).***

Red Fern Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foster-based animal rescue in Denver that saves animals from abandonment and neglect in South Texas for new lives in Colorado. We primarily rescue dogs off the streets and from kill shelters in San Antonio.
