I'm a year old, weigh 54lbs, friendly, affectionate and smart! I have been professionally trained and come with a life time of support from the training facility.<br/> <br/>I love to play- toys and zoomies! I’m super good at zoomies. I like to play with grown-ups and big kids the best. Little kids are cute and all, and I like to be near them, but it’s hard to remember to be gentle with them when I’m outside in play mode!<br/> <br/>I love to hang out on the couch and also in the yard or on the deck in the sunshine- sometimes I can even open the kitchen door and let myself out if my foster mom doesn’t close it super tight. I’m clever like that. After I’m done outside I really love to cuddle on the couch- and belly scratches are the absolute best.<br/> <br/>I didn’t have any manners before I got here but my foster mom is showing me and I am a very quick learner! I can sit and lay down, I can walk really nicely on a leash most of the time… sometimes I want to play tug of war with the leash even though I’m not supposed to but I’m learning better. I like my crate pretty well so I don’t mind going in when foster mom asks me to. I’ll even let go of things I’m not supposed to have- AND leave things I want if foster mom catches me eyeing them and tells me to leave it! See? Told you I’m clever. And! And, I’ve never had an accident in the house or in my crate. Who does that??<br/> <br/>My foster mom tells me I need a sleep study or something for my snoring but idk, I sleep through the night every night so it sounds like a her problem.<br/> <br/>Anyway, lemme know if you want to see my awesome, clever self in person. <br/><br/>For more information on our adoption process, please visit our website at www.youluckydogrescue.org and read our Adoption FAQ's and Before You Adopt documents. You can also email info@youluckydogrescue.org for additional details that are not included in this biography.<br/><br/>PRIVATE MEET & GREETS: Submitting an adoption application is required before a private meet & greet will be scheduled. We will complete a pre-screening first to make sure that the dog you are interested in is a good fit for you. That way, we don't unnecessarily waste your time or the foster's time. <br/><br/>Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. All of our rescue dogs are heart worm tested annually beginning at 9 months of age, and they are kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives.<br/><br/>The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. <br/><br/>We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
