Cora's Story

Cora is a 6–8 year old pittie mix with a heart as big as her sweet smile. At about 40 pounds, she’s the perfect medium-sized companion—big enough for adventures but small enough to curl right up next to you on the couch.

Cora is an incredibly loving girl who absolutely adores her people. She has a gentle, affectionate nature and is happiest when she’s close to her humans. In fact, she’s the kind of dog who will happily follow you from room to room just to keep you company—your very own Velcro best friend.

Despite being a mature lady, Cora still has a playful side! She loves romping around with her puppy foster siblings and enjoys a good play session before settling in for some cuddles. She’s also wonderful with kids, making her a great fit for many different kinds of families.

Cora is the perfect mix of playful and loving, and she’s ready to find a home where she can share all the affection she has to give. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will always be by your side, Cora might just be the perfect match. She is spayed, had a small skin mass removed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and on heartworm and flea medicine as well as had recent labwork. She is heartworm positive and being treated with Advantage Multi monthly until she tests negative (provided by us the rescue). Her adoption fee is $200.
