Hey all, My name is Copper!<br/><br/>I am approximately 3.5 years old. I am currently around 50#’s.<br/><br/>My nicknames are Momma, Baby, Sweet Pea, Coppy, Cooper Booper<br/><br/>I do love to play. Give me all the toys! I love balls, bones, tug of war, stuffies.<br/><br/>I do well with other dogs. I play well with them and have no issues sharing my toys.<br/><br/>What about kids? Well I have met a couple of 10 -12 year old kids and did great. I love to meet new people. The neighbors at my foster home are older so I have some experience around people sitting in wheelchairs too.<br/><br/>And how about those cats? No cats please.<br/><br/>I can be active but never want to pass up a snuggle opportunity.<br/><br/>I do great in my kennel and sleep through the night in there. I also do not mind an occasional nap on the bed and do not get in to things.<br/><br/>I currently live with 2 adult humans.<br/><br/>I have been on a few car rides with my foster and have done great both in a kennel and with a seat belt harness<br/><br/>I am house trained. Will go outside as needed but may need some direction to where to go when I get to my new home. I also have learned I am supposed to sit before the door is opened for me but sometimes I get excited and don't stay very well yet, but we're practicing<br/><br/>I am working on training as it seems I did not have any prior to being rescued. I do know sit, down, shake and kennel up but am working on improving come, and leash manners.<br/><br/>I am looking for a home where I get plenty of attention, training and love. I would do well with another furry canine friend. I believe kids would be great as well.<br/><br/>I am ready to search for a loving family who will be the best fit and the perfect forever home.
