Copper is an older gentleman of about 7 years of age. He is polite. He gives paw and sits on command. He does not mess in the house. He is quiet and laid back. He likes to explore the yard and still enjoys toys. But he mostly enjoys naps and lounging around. <br/><br/>Copper is smart. He learns routines very quickly. He is doggy door trained and crate trained. <br/>Copper would prefer to be your one and only. Though he does get along with some dogs as long as there is no food or snacks involved, at his age he deserves all the love and attention he can get. He is a 70 pound hound mix and would be best in a home with older kids without cats or other animals. <br/><br/><br/>Copper is located in Mississippi and will be transported north once his adoption is finalized. Virtual meet and greets can be done via Zoom or Facebook messenger for approved adopters. We do NOT charge transport fees and our adoption fees are currently waived for the PERFECT home. Please note that due to long distance adoptions, we require veterinary references that demonstrate excellent care of previous/current pets.
