Foster to Adopt. Cooper is a handsome, lovable Beagle pulled from a local county shelter as a stray. Beagles are such docile and affectionate companions and Cooper is no exception. Like all Beagles, his nose is always to the ground and the smells are exciting! Possibly a prior hunting dog, Cooper is learning what being in a home is like and he is enjoying every moment in his foster home. Now it's time to let Cooper experience what a forever family feels like! <br/><br/>Cooper is not neutered yet so he is available only as a conditional Foster to Adopt.
