True to his Border Collie roots, Cooper is incredibly loyal and happiest when he’s by your side. He adores people and will gladly follow his favorite human from room to room, just to stay close. He’s also got an adventurous streak and would make an amazing hiking or travel buddy! Cooper would thrive in a home with a fenced-in yard where he can safely stretch his legs, and he feels most confident with canine companions around. With his loving nature and zest for life Cooper is ready to be someone’s devoted best friend.

Pets with Disabilities's Adoption Policy

Our adoption process begins by completing our adoption application which can be found on our website (www.petswithdisabilities.org), include a few pictures of your home inside and outside. After review we will set up and appointment at our rescue for you and your current pets to meet and greet the pet of interest. If all goes smooth and we feel that your home and family would be a good fit for the pet of interest, a home visit with pet delivery will be scheduled where a final adoption contract will be issued transferring guardianship from us to you, it will also include all vet records. Our adoption fee is 400.00.
