Cooper's Story

Cooper is an 8-year-old sweetheart with a soft coat, gentle soul, and lots of love to give. He’s smart, fully house trained, playful and an easy companion who is happiest just being near his people. Cooper is goofy, well-mannered, and enjoys relaxing on a cozy bed, the couch, or right at your feet.

He has excellent house manners, knows all the basic commands, and is content spending time alone if you need to be out. He would make the perfect companion for someone who works in or out of the house. When you come home, he will greet you with tail wags and affection (and sometimes a cute “awoo!”) then will settle down quickly once he has said hello. He is extremely smart and empathetic and can absolutely fit into your current lifestyle.

Cooper enjoys walks (sniffing is his favorite part) and does well on a leash with his harness. He is not a high energy dog so he is perfect for someone looking for an easygoing companion rather than an exercise buddy. He loves a good treat but is not pushy about food—though he may sneak a snack if it’s left on the counter!

Although this sweet boy loves people, he would do best in a home without kids or with older, dog-savvy kids. Cooper lives with a female dog and can live with another dog with slow introductions.

He is the ideal match for someone who wants:

• A fully trained, mellow, low-maintenance companion
• A dog who can stay home while you work and be happy to see you when you come home
• A loyal, affectionate best friend who is past the chaotic puppy phase.

If you are looking for a sweet, easygoing dog to share your days with, Cooper is ready to be your loyal companion!

Please call Andrea Logan at 425-466-4621 or email alogan7980@gmail.com. **PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE RESCUE.
