Coop's Story

Meet Coop, a 10-month-old German Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix with a whole lot of brains, energy, and love packed into one handsome pup!

Coop is HIGH energy, and we mean it. He's smart, playful, lovable, and always ready for something to do. We're actively addressing the behavior and want his future family to be prepared to continue working with him rather than encouraging it as a cute or funny habit.

He's still only 10 months old, which means he's very much a goofy adolescent figuring out the world. He's incredibly smart and eager to engage along the way.

If you're looking for a lovable, intelligent, high-energy adventure buddy and you're ready to put that busy Shepherd/Heeler brain to work, Coop might be your guy.

Crazy Ladies to the Rescue's Adoption Policy
At Crazy Ladies to the Rescue, our goal is to make the best possible match for both the animal and the adopter. All prospective adopters complete an adoption application, provide veterinary and personal references when applicable, and may be asked to participate in a home check or virtual home visit. We do require prospective adopters to share photos of their home as part of the application process. This is not about having a perfect home, it simply helps us ensure each animal is matched with a safe environment that meets their needs. Applications are reviewed based on the individual needs of the animal, not on a first-come, first-served basis. Our adoption process is designed to ensure every animal is placed in a safe, loving, and permanent home.
