Cookie Dough's Story

Some of yall may remember Cookie Dough from way back in January when we pulled her from the shelter after she was listed as "at-risk". She's still with us and has been thriving in foster care ever since! Now, she's ready to find her forever home.
Her foster says:
"Cookie is a drop of sweetness with a dash of spice... there's never a dull moment! She's got a bold, curious personality and loves to explore the world nose-first.
But Cookie's not all go-go-go, she LOVES her chill time too. A good chew toy, belly rubs, and a cozy lap are her idea of heaven. She's affectionate, snuggly, and loves her people fiercely.
Sure, she's got her quirks... who doesn't? Cookie Dough knows what she likes (and doesn't!). She's been a joy to have in foster care. I know that when she bonds with someone, she'll be their ride-or-die for life."
Quick Facts about Cookie Dough -
Crate & potty trained
Dog-friendly on her terms - prefers male dogs her size who know when to play vs. chill
Not good with small dogs or cats
Walks great on leash, sits on command (especially for treats!)
Total Girl's Girl - not a fan of men; needs a women-only home at this time
Best in a home without young kids
Spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and microchipped
Cookie Dough is currently our 2nd longest resident. We know her needs are specific, but we do believe there's a perfect home for her out there somewhere.
