Cookie is an adorable 6 1/2 year old blue AST weighing around 55lbs. She is losing her home after 4 1/2 years due to a baby coming in early spring. She is crate and house trained BUT does NOT need to be crated. She is good in the home and usually will sleep on her bed but is also known to gravitate towards the sofa!!! Per her current mommy, she is a wonderul companion and is the most loving, cuddly warm couch potato she has ever had. Cookie LOVES her walks and does well on a slip leash along with treats!! She ignores squirrels but does like to sniff and see what is going on in the neighborhood. She also LOVES car rides. She is very treat motivated and only wants to please her person/family. Her current owner has not socialized her very much with other dogs but feels with a slow and proper introduction Cookie could live with another dog. Cookie would do best in a home with older kids and a fenced yard so she can run and play.<br/><br/>**All of our Wigglers are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, HW tested/treated, and on preventatives. Most of our adoptable dogs need fenced in yards or an exercise regimen. We require proof spanning 2 consistent years of HW preventatives for already owned pets, UTD on shots, and spay/neuter in order to adopt. Please read their description above closely.
