Constantine is a burn survivor with a big personality. He is very energetic, loves to play, and can be rough in his play style. Unfortunately he has only done well with human friends, so he must be an only pet.<br/><br/>Due to his past injuries, Constantine will require lifelong skin care and strict year-round precautions, as he is now at high risk for skin cancer if proper care is not maintained. He also still requires ophthalmology follow-ups, and while he is doing well, it is unknown at this time whether future surgeries will be needed. Constantine will be a dog that is going to be an investment between home care items and future vetting. We aren’t trying to deter anyone from adopting him. We just want to make sure anyone interested understands what they are going to be getting into. <br/><br/>We are looking to keep Constantine local if possible, so he can continue follow-up care with the doctors who know him best at BluePearl Pittsburgh.
