Some of them succumb to diseases and starvation because of the limited resource in that area. The rescuer found a handful of puppies that were all skin and bones near an old container house. The rescuer was a garbage collector with a kind heart. Although she was very poor herself, she still wanted to help these puppies who looked more miserable than her. All of them were rushed to the vet and given a thorough bath. They were de-wormed and given flea treatment before they were relocated to foster care. After come TLC all the puppies are now healthy.<br/><br/>Connie is one of these adorably sweet puppies. She loves to cuddle and enjoys playing with people. Connie’s smart and has learned the commands for “sit, stay and hands shake.” Even she is so young, she is potty trained on pad and newspaper. She is very playful and gets along well with other dogs and cats.
