Hes playful and full of energy, but also gentle and respectful—one of our puppies even became attached to him because of his contagious energy! <br/><br/>He is very well-behaved and knows to wait to go outside to potty. He keeps his space clean and is both cuddly and affectionate while also being independent. Congo knows how to enjoy playtime, but hes just as happy relaxing and chilling on his own.
