Meet Confetti! Confetti came to us after being found as a stray in the city of Philadelphia. Confetti is a 6 month old Chihuahua mixed breed who is ready for his forever home! Angels Retreat's Adoption Policy

Our adoption process starts with the application and then you will be contacted upon approval. Please complete application at www.angelsretreat.org. Adopters must be able to meet dogs in person and bring all family members and other pets to meet the animal. Adopters must provide a vet reference or personal reference if no animals currently owned.
