Columbo's Story
Meet Columbo, the super sweet gentleman with the prettiest patterned fur you'll ever see--especially when the sunlight hits him just right. This mellow boy is as charming as they come and loves nothing more than being a calm, easygoing companion. Columbo is house trained, does great in a crate, and walks nicely on a leash. He's also dog and cat friendly, making him a wonderful fit for many kinds of homes. Ever the food enthusiast, he's motivated to learn and pays close attention during training (especially if treats are involved!). And when it's time for fun, Columbo loves to take a swim--he's as graceful in the water as he is on land! With his gentle nature and steady presence, Columbo is ready to bring warmth and quiet joy to his forever family.

Columbo is currently undergoing Heartworm treatment. His treatment requires lots of rest and is coordinated and paid for by Big Paws of the Ozarks.Big Paws of the Ozarks is a foster-based dog rescue in Northwest Arkansas. We require an approved adoption application on file before scheduling meets with our dogs. You can find the application here (www.bigpawsozarks.org/adoption-application).
