Colton's Story
Colton is a 57-pound boy who came from a place where time was running out. It made him quiet and afraid at first. New things can still scare him-but kindness changes everything.
Give him a little time and he'll show you who he is. Once he trusts you, he stays close. He'll follow you from room to room, curl up by your side, and love you with his whole heart. As is fitting, he has a black heart shape on his chest. At his foster home, he gets along with other dogs, lives peacefully with cats, and has proven trustworthy inside the house. In the time that he's been with his foster (a full week) he's had absolutely no accidents so we believe he is housetrained. All he really wants is to belong and find a safe home of his own forever.

Colton's adoption fee includes his neuter, microchip, rabies, parvo-distemper and Bordetella. He is de-wormed, tested for heartworms and is on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. If you are
interested in meeting this sweet dog, complete an application or contact GCCR @ 336.972.4511 for questions.
