Colt's Story

Colt is a cute, small Shepherd mix with a big personality! He's funny, playful, and affectionate. He's looking for a new home since his previous owners weren't able to care for him. He's still a young guy at one year old, and he weighs 22 pounds. He loves people once he gets to know them. He's very smart and would likely be a quick learner with some basic training. If you're looking for a funny, cute, and sweet dog, come meet Colt! He's sure to win your heart over with his adorable antics and loving personality. For an application please text Donna@(520)490-0401 or June@(520)870-1303.

RUFF Rescue Tucson (Rehoming Unwanted Furry Friends)'s Adoption Policy
Adopting a homeless pet can be one of life's most rewarding experiences.  Many of the animals in our rescues are "throw aways."   They come from a variety of situations.  Some of their guardians have passed away, some are given up by impatient caregivers, some are strays and some are just homeless because they no longer fill the need for which they were originally obtained. Most rescue animals seem to understand that they have been given a second chance and are totally devoted to their new family.  They will fill your life with unconditional love, laughter and happiness.  Before you shop, please adopt! RUFF Rescue does not have a physical shelter.  All of our furry friends are in foster homes until adoption into their forever homes.  To meet one of our pets, please call or email for an adoption application and a brief phone interview.  We can then set up a meeting in your home.
