Colt's Story
Check out adorable Colt! We believe he is a Wirehaired Terrier/Lab mix who is about 1.5 years old and weighs 42 lbs. Colt was found as a stray in rural TN before coming into rescue. He loves to play with stuffies and other dogs, but has not been cat tested. He is very affectionate and LOVES to be with his humans. He is house trained, but not a fan of the crate and will bark and chew if left in one. Colt is ideally looking for a home where someone is usually home and can include him in most activities so he doesn't spend too much time alone in a crate. He can also climb a chain link fence and jump over a 4 ft fence, so will need to be leash walked and/or a home with a higher stockade type fence. He would be a great match for another dog to pal around with.
