COLE's Story

COLE is quite the character. He loves to play, he chases and wrestles with his female playmate, does belly flops in his kiddie pool, loves to go for walks. He is very energetic and has a beautiful glossy black coat. He would love a family with maybe another canine or kids old enough to roughhouse with him. His playmate at the shelter is a female so we aren't sure how he would do with a male. He is neutered, UTD on vaccines and tested negative for heart worms. His age is estimated to be 18-24 months old and he weighs @ 58 lbs. Cole is ready for his forever home, could it be yours?

We do not have a full time shelter staff person but we are happy to meet people at the shelter by appointment 7 days per week including after hours. We expect our adopters to (1) Own your property, (2) Have a fence adequate for the dog, (3) Be able to provide a vet reference if you have previously owned an animal. Our Mission

C.H.A.R.M., Inc. is a group of volunteers who organized in 2010 to save the lives of the dogs at the Headland Animal Shelter.
