I’m Cody, a little one-year-old guy who just wants someone to love. I was picked up at a shelter in Wichita, and even though no one came looking for me, I never stopped hoping that my perfect family is out there somewhere.<br/><br/>I am the biggest snuggler you will ever meet. Seriously!!… I could snuggle all day long. I’m a total shadow dog, so wherever you go, I want to go too. I feel safest when I’m close to my people, which is why I do best with someone who is home a lot. I get a little anxious when I’m left alone, but I promise I’m trying my best.<br/><br/>I love kids and other doggies, and I try really hard to be brave, even though I’m a little skittish at first. Once I warm up, I’ll be glued to your side. I don’t really give kisses, but I do give very close sniffies to show you I love you.<br/><br/>I’m just a sweet, cuddly boy looking for someone who wants a loyal companion to snuggle with every day. His jaw only opens about a third of the way. The vet says it is a birth defect, and it won’t slow him down at all; it just means he prefers small toys and takes his time eating. And don’t worry… it definitely doesn’t affect his enthusiastic barking when he’s excited!
