Cocoa's Story
Cocoa is being fostered in Vancouver and looking for her forever home.<br/>She is a 4 year old Chihuahua cross, who was taken in by a rescuer in Puerto Vallarta who watched her declining because of being neglected by her owner that could not care for her. She is good with dogs and cats - her rescuer has both, and affectionate with people. She sports a unique Mexi look of the chihuahua but a gorgeous white coat with the cutest spots.
