Cocoa's Story
From Feral to Fabulous!

Meet Cocoa! This girl has come a LONG way! When rescued, at 4 months old, Cocoa was a feral puppy. With love, kindness, learning to trust and the help of her trainer/foster Mama at OutkastK9, she made the successful journey to being domesticated!

Cocoa is almost 1 year old and has accomplished so much! She understands and does well on a leash. She can successfully meet new people. She absolutely LOVES other dogs and can adapt to any play style. She, without a doubt, will do best in a home that already has one or several dogs.
Cocoa is typically a calm puppy but she does like to play! She's not at all a difficult dog, she just has occasional quirks. Sometime the 'cattle dog' in her comes out in the form of nipping at dogs and peoples heels.

Cocoa's a smart girl, enjoys learning and looks to her human for guidance. She would do best in an active home (if with children, older only) of those with patience and a willingness to continue with her training; providing her with that support.

With the amazing progress she's made... it says a lot about the kind of adult dog she can become with a patient person that continues to teach her that the world isn't such a scary place after all!

Cocoa is a 'turnkey' puppy! She's had all of her puppy vaccinations, is microchipped and spayed. She's just waiting for her Furever person or family to find her!! She is currently living with her trainer and is available for meet and greets in the metro-Phoenix area.

Thanks to for trainer/foster Mama, Cocoa's future family will have unlimited access to any of OutcastK9 group classes and the once a month pack walk.

For any questions you might have regarding Cocoa please text or call our
Adoption Coordinator, Deb, at (928) 853-1046.
