Cocoa's Story

Cocoa is a 9-month-old Cattle Dog/Terrier mix who came to us as a stray after being found on a back road with her presumed sister, Marshmallow. While we don't know much about her past, Cocoa has quickly shown us what a sweet and affectionate girl she is. She loves people and soaks up attention, always eager for pets, belly rubs, or just being near you. True to her breed mix, Cocoa is full of energy and enthusiasm-she practically vibrates with excitement when it's time to play or go for a walk. She will do best in an active home that can keep her busy with exercise, training, and adventures. At 28 lbs, she's the perfect medium size for tagging along on hikes, car rides, or simply curling up at the end of the day. Cocoa has so much love to give and is ready to find a forever family who will appreciate her happy spirit and give her the guidance she needs to grow into an amazing lifelong companion.
