Meet Coco! Coco is a 4 year old American pit bull terrier who originally arrived to Billie’s Buddies as a fearful, undersocialized puppy. After some time in foster care, she was adopted out to what she thought was her forever family. Sadly, Coco was heartbreakingly returned to rescue after some family life changes. Coco hasn’t given up that her person is out there, and we haven’t given up either! She is an incredibly sweet girl who would thrive in a kid-free home alongside respectful dogs and cats. Coco is deserving of a stable future with someone who will love her unconditionally through thick and thin. Could you be that someone? Billie’s Buddies's Adoption Policy

Billie’s Buddies requires reference checks, vet reference checks, a meet and greet, and a home visit as a part of our adoption process. Adopters must be located in the greater Charlotte area. All animals in the home must be spayed/neutered, and up to date on all vaccines and preventions.

Billie's Buddies mission is to rescue and raise awareness for abandoned and neglected animals, providing them the rehabilitation they need prior to finding them a loving, forever home, all while supporting spay/neuter efforts throughout our community.
