Coco's Story
Coco, approx. 3-4 years old, is probably jindo, spitz and chihuahua mix. She weighs around 18 lbs. This sweet dog is searching for her forever home. Coco's journey hasn't been easy. She was found as a stray and was rescued by a kind soul and has been given a second chance at life.
Since then, Coco has slowly learned to trust humans again. Her foster mother just adores her. With time, patience and love, she's come out of her shell and now she's ready for her home where she will be safe, cherished and loved for who she is. Her energy level is medium, loves her zoomies during walks. She is spay, UTD vaccines, and is house trained. She is shy at first but once she bonds, she's sweet, affectionate and playful. She gives gentle kisses to other dogs and her humans. Indoors she is mellow and joyful. Food-motivated and happiest on walks. We are looking for someone who has experience with shy, rescue dogs and understands it may take a few months for her full personality to shine. It would be great to have a friendly resident dog to help Coco feel safe and confident. Is committed to giving Coco a lifelong home, full of love, stability and understanding.
Adoption requirements: homeowner with a secure fenced yard, no small children and must be in a position to offer a lifetime home. To apply: send an email telling us about your family, current and past pets and the environment in which she would live. Please include a home phone number. Adoption fee $400. Thank you for supporting rescue dogs like Coco.
