Coal's Story

Meet Coal, a 1-year-old neutered male Lab mix who’s a real boo-tiful boy with the silliest personality and the most fang-tastic bat ears you’ve ever seen! This silly pup is a total treat—no tricks here—whether he’s bouncing around in play or snuggling close like your own little shadow.

Coal is playful, affectionate, and downright spell-binding when it comes to charm. He’s happiest when he’s pressed right up against his favorite people! But like any classic Halloween tale, there’s a twist: Coal prefers to be the only pet in the household, so no cats, dogs, or little goblins (kids) for this guy. That way, he can soak up all the love and attention.

Coal is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative—ready to crawl out of the shadows and into his forever home. If you’re searching for a loyal sidekick who’s silly, sweet, and scary-good at snuggles, Coal is the one for you!

His adoption fee of $300 includes 2 private sessions with one of our trainers to help him start off on the right paw.

For more information, to set up a meet and greet, or to submit an adoption application, go to https://www.medicalmutts.org/adopt-a-pet-dog
.

And don’t ghost us—swing by our adoption event at the facility from 10am–12pm on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month.
