Clyde's Story
*Woof* Meet me at 71 Oglethorpe St NW between 12-7pm daily!

Meet this handsome 1-year-old boy with a heart of gold. This is Clyde! He’s incredibly sweet, easy to handle, and loves being around people. One of his cutest features is the pretty spots on his ears that give him extra charm. He has a great balance of playful energy and cuddle time, and he’s ready to become someone’s loyal best friend.

Clyde spent a long weekend with a temporary foster family who had this to share: Clyde is a sweet, medium-sized young dog who was an absolute joy - loving, affectionate, housebroken, great cuddler, enjoyed walks and going running, and was very comfortable letting two children play with him (touch his face, etc.). He is very food-motivated, eager to learn and very trainable, and responded well to gentle guidance and positive reinforcement. He can be shy when first meeting new people and does best with slow, calm introductions, but he warms up quickly with treats and reassurance. Once comfortable, he is very loving and enjoys being close to his people. Did we mention what a great cuddler he was? And the review from the kids: "He’s one of the nicest dogs I ever met. Just the best best guy." "Can be super duper chill and was a super good runner. And he really loved cuddles"

Clyde will thrive in a home where he gets lots of adventures like long, energy burning walkies and oodles of frisky playtime. He is a wonderful young man ready for a great life!
