CLYDE's Story

This beautiful dog is strong as an ox and a lean 67 lbs. He is compatible with other dogs at the shelter. He has good temperament and would probably do well with older kids. He is clean in his kennel and not destructive. If you would like the companionship of a large dog, this is your guy! He enjoys being outside.

We do not have a full time shelter staff person but we are happy to meet people at the shelter by appointment 7 days per week including after hours. We expect our adopters to (1) Own your property, (2) Have a fence adequate for the dog, (3) Be able to provide a vet reference if you have previously owned an animal. Our Mission

C.H.A.R.M., Inc. is a group of volunteers who organized in 2010 to save the lives of the dogs at the Headland Animal Shelter.
