Clyde's Story

Clyde and his family where abandoned onto a vacant property. Though he was initially the most shy, he was the first to choose to trust us and quickly bonded with his rescue team. It seems to be in his nature to bond quickly and be as loyal as ever to those he loves.

Clyde loves to sunbathe, can entertain himself with a ball outdoors anytime, but absolutely prefers to be snuggled up to his people or fur family. Clyde is very much the submissive type and thrives alongside a pack leader, but we've also found that he is quick to protect his pack members when placed in uncertain situations. For this reason, we believe he'd be happiest at home or on quiet family trips, but away from large crowds of people/strangers.

Though Clyde is working on not jumping when excited, he is otherwise extremely gentle and even interacts extremely well around his 1 year old foster human. Clyde is also working on feeling totally secure in his crate, but definitely making progress!
