Athena was originally adopted from us, but sadly returned when her family welcomed a new baby. The good news? She proved just how wonderful she is with little ones -- gentle, patient, and full of love. She truly is a family dog waiting for her forever nest.<br/><br/>Athena is as friendly as a spring day! She has done beautifully with every dog she's been kenneled with, making her a great addition to a multi-dog home. She's crate trained (a smart girl!), though she's still working on her housetraining -- with a little consistency and love, she'll bloom in no time.<br/>This lovely girl is up to date on all her vaccines and is heartworm negative, so she's healthy and ready to start her next chapter. She will remain with us until her spay is completed, but she can still be adopted and have her forever family waiting for her!<br/><br/>Athena's adoption fee is $108 plus tax -- a small price for a lifetime of unconditional love, tail wags, and springtime snuggles.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a loyal companion to fill your home with joy this Easter season, Athena is ready to be your perfect match 🐰💛Dogs are $115 and puppies are $110 unless otherwise noted. Our contact number is 270-887-4175. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30-4 and is closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1. Adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis for owner releases. Strays have a wait list.
