Clover's Story

Clover is a female Shih-tzu estimated age 03/02/2021.<br/>Clover and 4 other Shih-tzu's were surrendered to Prairie Paws. <br/>They were living in an unheated barn and eating feed corn.<br/>Clover and the others were severely matted and the personalities who had them was trying to groom them. In the process of cutting out matted hair they cut too close to the skin. This caused sores and infections. Clover has been to the vet and on antibiotics for infection and has also been professionally groomed.<br/>Clover is in a foster home with Paddi and a family with other small dogs and older kids.<br/>Clover would do well with a family who has time to work with her on potty training, socializing etc.<br/>All medical work is completed prior to adoption including spay shots worming flea treatment rabies shot micro-chip and vet examination. <br/>Adoption fee is $200 + tax with an approved application. The pre adoption application is available on the website www.prairiepawsrescue.com. <br/>Prairie Paws Rescue does not adopt on a first come basis but who will provide the best home suited to the pets needs
