Clover

On August 31, 2025, a 3 month old (DOB 5-31-25) chocolate and white female pitbull was brought into Northwood on Emergency. <br/><br/>She had been owned for 1 month. They got her in Cairo, GA. <br/><br/>She ran under the car as it was pulling away. Her leash got wrapped up in the wheel, resulting in dragging the puppy for about 40 yards. All 4 feet were badly injured, with skin and soft tissue worn down/degloved to the point that tendons were exposed. <br/><br/>The puppy had not been to the vet yet, had not started vaccines. <br/><br/>Clover is doing great with medical treatment (bandages, laser therapy, etc). She will have some scarred toes, but uses all 4 feet well.
