Clove in Waleska, Georgia's Story

Meet Clove
Clove is a 3-year-old sweet boy with a gentle heart and a deep devotion to his person. Once he feels safe, he becomes a loving little shadow who wants to be by your side, soaking up ear scratches and curling next to you on the couch.

He’s doing well with house training on a schedule, walks nicely on a leash, and is comfortable with his crate for sleeping and when left alone. Clove enjoys meeting people out on walks, has done well with a respectful 10-year-old child. He must have another friendly dog in his home.

Clove can still be startled by sudden noises and new things, so he needs a calm, patient home that will let him continue to blossom at his own pace. A fenced yard where he can run and a predictable routine will help him thrive.

His favorite place is right beside his foster mom, and his greatest wish is a forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and part of a family.

If you are interested in adopting Clove, please go to the HALO website at www.rescuedhavanese.org. He adoption fee is $500 and his adoption will take place in his foster home. He is up to date on all medical and micro chipped. He requires another dog in the home to be his buddy and playmate.

**If you do not have another dog, note that Clove and his brother Cider (see listing in Goldsboro, North Carolina) can be adopted together.
