Meet sweet, adorable Cleo. She is a 7 month old Lab mix who weighs about 29 lbs. Cleo would love to find a family who wants to take her on walks or hikes and thinks playtime is the best part of the day. Cleo is very friendly and enjoys making new friends. She gets along great with other dogs and would not mind sharing her forever home with another furry friend. Cleo would be a great addition to any family. Apply to meet her today! MEET THE PET AFTER YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED! Your application also works for any other pets in our care, so be sure to periodically check our adoptables list. We review within 24 hours. We'd also be happy to keep an eye out for any pets that match the criteria you're looking for - just let us know. After your home is approved, you'll be able to meet the pet either at our shelter, or we'd love to take your possible future best friend closer to where you're located. We go to San Diego and Griffith Park on a weekly basis to cover as much area as we can! Anywhere in between is possible for a meeting spot too, depending on our availability. 4.) TAKE YOUR PET HOME ON A TRIAL PERIOD OR COMPLETE THE ADOPTION. We generally do same-day adoptions after the meet-and-greet. Certain animals are eligible for a 1-2 week trial period where you'll be able to see how he or she does in your home environment - if you have pets at home or kids, we can often do this. You'll have the opportunity to ask our adoption coordinators and volunteers any questions about caring for your pet.
