Cisco- Adopted!'s Story

This baby girl came to us out of an unfortunate situation with 6 puppies and she was barely a year old! All the puppies have new homes and now it's Cisco's turn!

We don't have a lot of background on her except she was purchased for the sole purchase of breeding. When she and her sister had puppies, the people who were keeping them got evicted. A family member stepped in and contacted CCK.

We were told Cisco was born in August 2023 and her puppies were born Oct. 30 2024. So she didn't get to be a puppy for very long. Well, she's making up for lost time! She is quite petite for a corgi weighing right around 20 pounds.

Here's what her foster family has to say about her:

Very happy & sweet demeanor!
Likes to play tug and fetch with a toy. Will easily tear apart stuffy toys, but I'm sure there are stronger ones out there that could outlast her!
Enjoys sitting by the window by herself and looking outside. But still enjoys a good cuddle on the sofa at night.
She seems to enjoy children. Gets along very well with our 5 year old and hasn't ever shown aggression.
She loves to zoom around the backyard and would need a good sized, fully fenced yard for play. She's VERY fast!
Likes and is able to complete a puzzle feeder
Very affectionate with her humans. Loves all people!
She's not great at walking on a leash. Due to the holidays, weather, and spay procedure, we have not had many chances to walk her consistently.
She will bolt out of the house if given the chance and likes to try and find weaknesses in the fence in which to escape from.
Since she has been in foster care, Cisco has not been around other dogs much. However, we do know she lived in a house with multiple dogs and her sister has done great with other dogs.

Cisco is available now. She has been spayed and is current on vaccinations. Her adoption fee is $300.

If you are interested please submit an application through this link:

https://www.corgiconnection.com/index.php?option=com_breezingforms&view=form&Itemid=10

PLEASE NOTE: Applications submitted via cell phone do not typically come through completed.
